Stock up and save!

Every year we offer our premium, grass-fed beef and pastured pork in bulk packages so you can stock up and save! This year we will offer half and quarter beef packages and whole and half pork packages. Exact weights of packages vary, so we ask for a $200 deposit to reserve your package, and the remainder will be due upon pickup (we prefer cash or check, a 3% fee for card transactions will be added!).

As always, we’ve worked hard to make our freezer sale as simple as possible. Each package has an approximate weight listed underneath - that is the amount of meat you can expect to put in your freezer - and the price per pound. To calculate your approximate cost, multiply the price per pound by the approximate weight and that will give you an estimate of what you can expect to pay for that package. Every animal is different so weights do vary, but we try very hard to keep our packages in the ballpark of the number listed.

This year we are offering our bulk packages in an ongoing basis starting in October. We think this will work out best for everyone involved - easier for us to coordinate and manage our freezer space and work with our processors. And easier to find pickup dates that work for you! When you fill out the freezer sale form, specify which package you are interested in and what date range you want to pick up, please plan to pick up your package during that date range to accommodate our freezer space.

Meatboxes are offered at the start of each month with 20lbs of both pork and beef in each box. Meatboxes are a great choice for folks with less freezer space but want the convenience of getting an array of cuts of beef and pork each month!

the half beef

$12/lb

Approximately 170lbs of the finest grass-fed, grass-finished beef. You’ll get an array of cuts from ground beef to ribeye steaks, chuck roasts, flat iron steaks, and short ribs. With this pack you’ll get a full half of one of our fully-finished, 100% grassfed beef animals. You can expect about 30lbs in various steaks (ribeye, NY, flat iron, denver, skirt, sirloin), about 55 lbs in various roasts (chuck eye roast, sirloin tip roast, london broil, short ribs, shank, brisket), about 15lbs in odd bits (heart, liver, bones) and about 70 lbs of our delicious ground beef. All of the individual cuts are similar to the sizes that we sell at farmers market. Ground will be in 1 lb packs, steaks range from .5 to 1.5lbs depending on the cut, and roasts will vary from 1-3 lbs.

the whole hog pork

Approximately 120lbs of the finest pasture-raised, GMO-free pork. You’ll get an array of cuts from pork chops and boston butt to sausage and pork belly. This is our “whole hog” package and you’ll get the luxury of eating high on the hog! You will receive approximately 20lbs of pork chops (2 chops per pack, bone-in). 25lbs of shoulder roasts (4 Boston Butt and 4 picnic roast). 4 whole shanks; 4 packs of spare ribs 2 lbs each. 8 packs of belly in 2 lb pieces. 5lbs of soup bones; 30lbs of sausage in 1 lb packs
